#SNOWEDin

Day 2! Sheesh...they've closed down the job 2 days in a row. I'm kinda glad because I wasn't going anywhere anyway. I am a straight up and down MIAMI GIRL, I do NOT know how to drive in this weather...whatsoever! This is the most snow I have EVER seen in my life. The roads are CAKED up with total ice and snow. I'm in GA, so they haven't had any trucks plowing the snow or putting down salt. It wasn't done initially or before the snow came, they started sending out the trucks yesterday and it's been snowing since Sunday. From what I hear, up north, they start salting and putting down gravel like dayssss before the snow is actually supposed to come depending on the weather reports. We've known that it was going to snow since about Thursday or Friday...so being that I'm in GA, it's kinda crazy because I guess the city isn't used to having snow like this. People are pissed off though. I know I'm not going ANYWHERE....not the grocery store, not anywhere! Most places are closed with the exception of SOME grocery stores (i.e. Wally World & Publix lol) and the airports.

On Sunday, I was with Zico and Renard over at Bridgette's house and their friend called them saying that it was starting to snow. We were in the middle of a movie, so we didn't even realize it. When we looked out the window, we were like OMG, it is time to go! I walked outside and there was ice all in my hair...I was like oh noooo! Man, that was a hell of an experience. We saw cars skid off into the median, there were cars stuck in the middle of a highway. A 18-wheeler was stuck diagonally in the middle of I-285. There was a 30 car pile up on I-20W at Flat Shoals Road. Man, it was crazy..but thank GOD, Renard is from NC so he's used to driving in this weather. He was AWESOME behind the wheel. I most definitely thanked God for him that night when we pulled into the driveway. I've been stuck here at their house since..

That's okay though, I've been laidback...watching movies, tv, taking pictures, listening to music, playing the Wii and just having too much fun! Welp, I guess this is what you call being #SNOWEDin...♥

I just hope my job plans on paying me being that this is NOT my fault! I was told to not come in...
