Okay sooo...the Geek Squader informed me that my computer is infected. It needs to be restored; meaning that I need to have it completely wiped out and have it like brand new & that's why I can't get on the net.
Sooo...BBY (best buy) says they'll charge me $199 to restore my computer in full without erasing my files and $129 to do it fully. That, or I can restore it myself IF I have the Gateway CD Rom. Well, whatdya know? HECKZ NAHHH, I don't have it! So when I got home, I reached out to my fellow online geeks! All of 'em suck! (Jokes lol) None were online to help me in my time of need with the exception of none other than my Mr. Livingstone! Steve :) he helped me try to restore the comp and walk me thru doing it without the cd, but DUDE! My shit is effed up!
Grrr...I'm thinking it might be cheaper to just order the cd from Gateway though. Probably like $50. We'll see. UGH! I'm frustrated!
I'm currently blogging on my sidekick though. Backup plan baybee! LOL.
So yeah, I'm bored...
At least I got my sidekick. If I didn't, I seriously believe that I would've gone crazy.
